What has been your career path at i2a?
After 10 years as a laboratory technician, I had the opportunity to join i2a in September 2018 as a South-East Applications Engineer.
I was in charge of the laboratories located between Montpellier (34) and Nice (06), via Gap (05) and Montélimar (26).

What opportunities for professional development have you encountered within the company?
In May 2022, I was lucky enough to experience a new development within the company as Manager of the Applications Engineers team. This promotion offered me the opportunity to lead and support a talented team while continuing to develop my own management and leadership skills.

What values do you consider essential for success at i2a?
A good team spirit and listening skills are values that I feel are important to evolve in a company like i2a.

How would you describe the working atmosphere and employee relations at i2a?
The working atmosphere at i2a is truly unique. It’s like a big family with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a real pleasure to come to work every day. Relationships between employees are marked by simplicity and friendliness. There’s a real spirit of mutual aid and collaboration that makes our working environment dynamic and positive.

What has been your career path with i2a?
I had the opportunity to join i2a in 2015, via a work-study contract, to strengthen Credit Management. Once I obtained my diploma, I continued the adventure with a cash management assignment for three years and then progressed to a position as general accountant, then supervisor and finally manager.

What opportunities for professional development have you encountered within the company?
The company stands by each and every one of its employees to support and accompany them as they develop their skills and/or responsibilities. In this way, I’ve been able to benefit from ongoing support to perfect my practice and increase my scope of action, through internal or external training, in order to progress in my career plan.

What values do you consider essential to success at i2a?
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of the company’s concerns, for the good of caregivers and their patients. To succeed at i2a, you need to understand the importance and meaning of our mission. Reliability, flexibility, transparency and team spirit will make the difference in your career!

How would you describe the working atmosphere and employee relations at i2a?
I2a is a unique company, characterized by the strong attachment of its employees to their teams and to the company. On a day-to-day basis, this spirit translates into easy, informal and frequent exchanges, where humor and light-heartedness have their place. Everyone is given a great deal of freedom to find their place within the structure, while respecting who they are and what they aspire to.

What has been your career path at i2a?
I joined I2A in November 2015, as a ‘front office’ customer support technician, before moving to the ‘back office’ and then finally since September 2021 as head of the after-sales hotline section.

What opportunities for professional development have you encountered within the company?
Through various training courses, for example in Hotline Techniques, SQL, English, management, etc.
But also via job changes, first in the back office following the transfer of two colleagues, one to the IT department, the other to the software engineering department. Then taking over as customer support manager.

What values do you consider essential for success at i2a?
I consider the desire to learn and share to be essential. Being open to new challenges and having strong human qualities are also key values. This culture of continuous learning and mutual support fosters not only individual success, but also cohesion within the team.

How would you describe the working atmosphere and employee relations at i2a?
The working atmosphere is really very good. It’s a friendly atmosphere where there’s a real spirit of mutual support. It’s a friendly atmosphere where there’s a real spirit of helping each other, which means that some of our former colleagues still enjoy seeing each other at i2a or elsewhere.
