The interface module with the SIH retrieves data from the hospital’s information management system to track department changes.

The module also includes surveillance of patients carrying multi-resistant germs: when a patient carrying a multi-resistant germ enters a hospital department (new entry to the hospital or transfer from another department), the system can generate an automatic alert to the department by email, without any microbiological prescription.
