This is a decision support software based on official recommendations (CA-SFM, EUCAST, CLSI) enabling interpretive reading and validation of AST results. This expert system is notably capable of detecting antibiotic resistances.
SIRxpert Master allows each user to add their own rules of expertise or coherence or modify existing ones to specifically adapt to the laboratory’s needs (e.g. types of patients etc.).
SIRxpert Master is compatible with most techniques and devices (agar or liquid media).
